Happy Krafty Chicks Thursday to you!
We made it to Spring!! The snow is melting quickly and the sun is shinning and warm.
This week on the Krafty Chicks Challenge blog, it's Anything Goes week. One of the easiest challenges because you can have any theme you like. It can be a card, (fancy fold even), a treat package, home decor, or a scrapbook page. Literally Anything Goes!
Here's my project:
I started this beautiful card a month ago for CAS week. Then I realized it's not as clean or simple as I thought it was so I set it aside to finish another time. I cased this from the January-April Mini Catalogue (page 58). I don't have the DSP so I had to create my own background. Very easy to do with Blending Brushes and a little patience. I think it turned out fabulous!
Supplies I used:
- Greatest Journey stamp set: 160588
- Mountain Air stamp set: 151610
- Polished Pink ink pad: 155712
- Fresh Fresia ink pad: 155611
- Coastal Cabana ink pad: 147097
- So Saffron ink pad: 147109
- Old Olive ink pad: 147090
- Memento Black ink pad: 132708
- VersaMark ink pad: 102283
- Thick Basic White card stock: 159229
- Polished Pink card stock: 155710
- Basic Black card stock: 121045
- Stampin' Cut & Emboss machine: 149653
- Greatest Journey dies: 160593
- Heat Tool: 129053
- White Embossing Powder: 155554
- Blending Brushes: 153611
- Mossy Meadow twine: retired
- Stampin' Dimensionals: 104430
I didn't have time to prepare an envelope this week but I would most likely just stamp the montains across the bottom of the inside of the card and the envelope front, maybe even on the back flap of envelope.
Head on over to the Krafty Chicks Challenge Blog for more details about the challenge and for more inspiration for All Occasions week from the Design Team. There's even a place to upload your project at the end. I hope you play along with us and show us what's happening in your craft space.
