Happy Krafty Chicks Thursday to you!
Time for another great challenge from the Krafty Chicks Challenge Blog. Welcome to week 2 of our challenges and that's to use a CHRISTMAS or any holiday/winter theme on your project. I chose to put the spotlight on Christmas this week!
#759 CHRISTMAS
I thought since it's March and this month is usually associated with the colour GREEN, that I would create an all green Christmas card with a splash of gold. I went digging though my retired DSP for different patterns to use the background ornaments.
.Products used:
- Stamp Set: Ornament Keepsakes (retired), More Merry Messages (retired)
- Card Stock: Shaded Spruce (146981), Basic White (159276)
- DSP: Tis The Season (retired)
- Ink Pads: VersaMark (102283), Shaded Spruce (147088)
- Accessories: Blending Brush (153611), Gold Pen (retired), Heat Tool (129053), Gold Embossing Powder (165678), Ornaments Framelits (retired), Gold Thread (retired),Christmas Bulb Builder Punch (retired), Stampin' Dimensionals (104430)
To keep the inside of the card and the envelope clean and simple, I stamped a coordinating image and a little more DSP. Quick and easy and done.
