Welcome my crafty friends! This week I have an extra post for you because I am playing along with the Holly And Ivy Christmas Challenge #205 while using the current Freshly Made Sketches #738. Here is my card:
I thought I'd add another challenge to myself by using noon-traditional colours on a Christmas card. Azure Afternoon isn't a colour I use often. It's a different blue, a pretty blue, just not a blue that appeals to me like the other shades we have. So I made it my focal element. I paired it up with Flirty Flamingo and Crumb Cake.
Products Used:
- Stamp Set: Carols of Christmas and Gorgeous Grunge
- Card Stock: Thick Basic White, Azure Afternoon
- Ink Pads: VersaMark, Flirty Flamingo, Crumb Cake
- Accessories: Card Front Builder Dies, Tinsel Gems, Stampin' Dimensionals
If you haven't noticed by now, I always finish of the card by decorating the inside and the envelope. I like to keep it quick and simple by adding a coordinating image and card stock or DSP. It's worth the added effort, in my opinion.
Thank you for stopping by and seeing my creation for the following challenges:

Till next time, happy crafting!
