Happy Krafty Chicks Thursday to you!
Time for another great challenge from the Krafty Chicks Challenge Blog. Welcome to week 2 of our challenges and that's to use a CHRISTMAS or any holiday/winter theme on your project. I chose to put the spotlight on Christmas this week!
#789 CHRISTMAS
I was playing with a One Sheet Wonder (OSW) pattern a few weeks ago. I featured the cards in my Facebook Group: Diane's Craft Space. As you know I embellish the inside and the envelopes for most of my cards. And now that I've switched to different envelopes (to keep the cost down), I had a bit of left over pieces that I just didn't want to throw out. so I assemble the triangle bits to fit the background pattern. Almost zero waste!
Products used:
- Stamp Set: Nests of Christmas (Paper Pumpkin October 2024)
- Card Stock: Thick Basic White, Cherry Cobbler
- DSP: Elegant Pine Snowflakes
- Ink Pads: Memento Black, Shaded Spruce, Cherry Cobbler, Pecan Pie
- Stampin' Blends: Cherry Cobbler, Pumpkin Pie
- Accessories: Stampin' Dimensionals
To keep the inside of the card and the envelope clean and simple, I added a little more DSP. Quick and easy and done.
