Oh yeah, it's Thursday! Time for another great challenge from the Krafty Chicks Challenge Blog. Let's put the spotlight on Christmas this week!
This card was inspired from another card maker. Sadly I deleted the pic and cannot find them to give them proper credit. It may be hard to see but I punched out and adhered lots of bulbs to help add texture. I even die cut the letters with foam sheet to add dimension. Here's a close up.
To keep the inside of the card and the envelope clean and simple, I stamped more bulbs to create a string of lights. Quick and easy and done.
Head on over to the Krafty Chicks Challenge Blog for more details about the challenge and for more inspiration for Christmas week from the Design Team. There's even a place to upload your project at the end. I hope you play along with us and show us what's happening in your craft space.

Fabulous Christmas card with these wonderful lights.
ReplyDeleteWow what a stunning card Diane. I love all the dimension and the bright colours are just fantastic. The continuation of the design on the inside and envelope is wonderful too (I like to do that too). Hugs, Denise (Guest Designer) x
